Can I mix few colors of pens within one order?
Yes, it is possible to select several colors of pens in one order. Each of the colors must be made in the amount of 50 pieces or its multiples.
Can we make a color print on the pens ?
We do not make color printing on pens only the engraving, therefore it is not possible to use colors. The engraving is much more durable than a simple print.
Can I upload final project prepared by me?
Of course, we can print your own project. In order to verify the project, please send a file to lukasz@marka.plus, in order to receive a mock-up model, please send an inquiry to the same e-mail address: lukasz@marka.plus.
When will I receive the invoice for the order?
The invoice will be sent by e-mail after completing the order.
At what resolution are the stickers printed?
We print the stickers from a vector file in a resolution of 1400 dpi.
Does the amount of print colors affect the price?
The number of print colors does not affect the price of the product. We print in full range of CMYK colors.
Is it possible to print several projects in one order?
Yes, we can print out several projects as part of one stickers oreder but it is important to choose the same size and foil/glue for each sticker.
Do convex stickers get harden and crumble over time?
The material that we use to make the convex layer on the stickers ensures long-lasting sticker, does not get yellow or hardening. Therefore, stickers can be used, for example, for marking registration frames.
What is the delivery time for convex stickers?
Execution time is usually 4 to 6 working days. Delivery time dipends on the place of delivery.
